One wonders if the 26th Amendment entails a cultural amendment as well. The changes brought about by this legislation would require all stakeholders to set aside their own interests and demonstrate complete impartiality and a deep concern for fairness in all respects. It seems to me like this new amendment is meant for angels rather than human beings.
