Want to prepare fish the authentic Chinese way? Celery (cut in julienne style) 30 gms

Red chilli (diced) 15 gms

Onion (cut in julienne style) 40 gms

Flour 30 gms

Corn starch 30 gms

Salt 02 gms

Chilli powder 03 gms

Sugar 03 gms

Water 40 ml

Butter 20 gms

Oil for frying
