This letter refers to the article 'Helping women learn finance' (May 25, 2024) by Marriam Kaiwan. The writer explains how low women's inclusion is in Pakistan’s formal financial sector. It is really a matter of great concern that Pakistan fails to fully include around half of its population in the financial sector.
In developed countries, inclusion of women in all sectors has played a crucial role in their economic development. No nation can progress without educating and including women in all sectors of the economy.
