The Samsung Galaxy Ring is the biggest new thing happening on the technology front. However, you will be shocked to hear about its price as it's not exactly what we hoped.

If you are in the USA, you can buy the Galaxy Ring at a price between $300 and $350, according to Yogesh Brar, a reliable source in the tech world.

If you are in India, that's around 35,000 rupees. While we are still waiting to hear about prices in other countries, you can do a quick exchange rate check to get an idea.

Initially, people thought the Galaxy Ring would be a budget-friendly option compared to the Oura Ring. But in this price range, it's on par with the starting price of the Oura Ring at $299 and way less than the fancier $549 Rose Gold Horizon version.

It is even pricier than alternatives like the $269 Evie Ring and the $279 RingConn Smart Ring.

This news might not go well with everyone. If the rumours about a subscription plan are true, it could add more expenses. Similar to the Oura Ring, Samsung might charge around $70 a year or $6 monthly to unlock all the health-tracking features.

While nothing is set in stone yet, Samsung has hinted at the possibility of a subscription model. If they go ahead with it, they might bundle it with the Samsung Health app, which could offer personalised health insights and coaching for both the Galaxy Ring and the upcoming Galaxy Watch 7.

It is a move that could bring in more revenue but might not be everyone's cup of tea.
