Reaching an astounding height of 828 metres, the Burj Khalifa has 163 floors with 900 residences spread over 19 to 108 floors.

Prices for studio flats begin at AED 2 million, while four- to five-bedroom penthouses can cost anywhere around AED 100 million.

Inside the building, there are four swimming pools on different levels, three sky lobbies where residents can gather or host events, an outdoor observation deck, a library, and a four-story health and wellness center with spa services and two gyms.

There is also a restaurant, a bar, and a grocery store in the building. Besides this, the Burj Khalifa is also home to the Armani Hotel, which has 160 rooms and runs from levels one to eight.

Above the hotel, there are 144 suites comprising the Armani Residences, which occupy levels nine to sixteen.
