Ryan Reynolds has recently opened up about Taylor Swift's casting rumours in the upcoming Marvel movie, Deadpool & Wolverine.
In a new interview with Screen Rant, the IF star discused about Taylor's inclusion in the much anticipated movie, saying, "Anything is possible in the superhero universe."
The pop singer is rumoured to have been cast as mutant pop star Dazzler, which director Shawn Levy is yet to confirm or deny.
"There had been so many people who might end up in the film," remarked the 47-year-old.
Ryan stated, "Anything can happen and that’s sort of what I love about this universe."
The Free Guy actor explained, "I saw one that was convinced that Elvis is in the movie. Anything can happen and that’s sort of what I love about this universe. Surprises are the essence of Deadpool."
"Surprises are the essence of Deadpool," he added.
Moreover, Shawn, previously addressed the speculations while speaking to ET.
"That is hardly confirmed nor denied in this interview. I’m going to literally walk out of the frame and save myself, otherwise Ryan [Reynolds]’s taking a hit [out] on me," said Shawn.
Earlier in November 2022, Ryan rejected the idea of Taylor's appearance in the movie.
At the time, the Green Lantern actor told ET he would be "happy" for the singer to do the movie.
Meanwhile, Deadpool & Wolverine will hit the theatres on July 26, 2024.
