Sindh plays a vital role in Pakistan’s economy, containing the country’s largest port and business capital, important agriculture and abundant natural resources. However, despite these resources, the province faces numerous challenges, including relatively high illiteracy rates, poor infrastructure, joblessness, a ruined healthcare system and widespread poverty.
It is a tragedy that the people of Sindh have everything beneath their soil and in their fields, yet it does not seem to benefit them.
