ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party Syed Khursheed Ahmad Shah has said that some elements have promoted the politics of fear and chaos in the country through social media for which they had to pay a heavy price.
“The panic and chaos are always spread by those who are weak,” he said in a statement on Tuesday. Khursheed Shah said that the constitution is supreme and the constitution exists and whoever commits unconstitutional action should be punished. He said that the country and the nation have to pay the price of taking steps beyond the constitution and the law for years, so everyone guilty of breaking the constitution and the law should be punished.
Khursheed Shah said that after many years, the country is again on the path of political and economic stability and no obstacle will be tolerated in the path of this political and economic stability. He said that the instability of the past years has left us far behind in the development and we cannot afford any more chaos and instability.
The senior leader of the PPP said that the revolution does not come against the country and its institutions but against the system and the country’s current system is much better and sustainable than the “Change” system. He said that maximum relief will be provided to the deprived sections in the upcoming budget and sufficient resources will be provided for the completion of social welfare projects. Khursheed Shah said that redressing the loss of farmers should be our first priority and the country cannot be made prosperous without making the farmer prosperous.
