Currently under construction, the building will be 517m (1,696ft) long and will have 251 ultra-luxurious apartments including deluxe units, penthouses, and "sky mansions."

The current tallest residential building is the Central Park Tower in New York and it is 474m long.

According to Minute Mirror, each residence will feature personalised designs. The tower will include amenities such as infinity pools, ice baths, and sound healing rooms.

As per reports, the 109th floor of the building will have a sky-deck, gyms, virtual cycling and boxing studios, salt rooms, Finnish and infrared saunas, massage suites, and indoor and outdoor cinemas.

The tower is expected to become operational in 2028.

The world's tallest building, the "Burj Khalifa" is also located in Dubai. It is major tourist hotspot, which welcomes 17 million visitors each year. It is part of Downtown Dubai.
