With every passing year, the ferocity of natural disasters in Pakistan appears to be on the rise. This is, in my view, largely due to climate change. Given the frequency and intensity of the climate-related problems and a plethora of scientific evidence, it is clear that the climate problem is not going to go away in the near future.
