Apple has included the Notes app in iOS and it has been a very long time.

The California-based software behemoth has also added a slew of capabilities, like the ability to include tables and photos in notes from time to time, according to Sam Mobile.

Apple's Notes software, which also comes with Galaxy smartphones and tablets, is far less feature-rich than Samsung's Notes app, which is included with much more functionality.

It appears that the Steve Jobs-founded company is now stealing a feature from Samsung's Notes app to incorporate into its own Notes app for iOS.

Apple’s Notes app in iOS 18 will allow people to record audio from within a note and add that file to the note, according to Apple Insider.

Notably, the South Korea-based firm already offers this feature in Samsung Notes on Android for some time now.

Users can add more context to a note by attaching an audio file or voice recording.

The interface for recording audio in the Notes app will reportedly look similar to the interface of Apple’s Voice Memo app.

But that's not all though. The publications claim that Apple’s Notes app in iOS 18 will also offer a feature called "Math Notes."
