Apple battery issues are extremely common after the new iOS 17 update and several people have raised concerns over battery health issues.

The larger updates such as the new iOS 17 update have been affecting batteries more than the previously smaller ones, Iphone Life reported.

Here are some suggestions to stop battery from draining too fast

Check your battery health

When you go to iPhone settings to check battery health, they automatically suggest some ideas that can be followed to preserve battery life.

Lower brightness

Having a phone on full brightness often decreases battery as it consumes more power. So the next time your phone’s about to die, try adjusting the brightness levels. You could also enable the auto-brightness setting, which will automatically adjust your brightness according to your needs.

Turn off raise to wake option

Every Apple phone has this option enabled by default. If you’re one of those who constantly picks up the phone or holds it in hand, then disabling this option may do you wonders.

Get rid of widgets

If your iPhone battery is draining too quickly, try removing unnecessary widgets.

Turn off background app refresh

Allowing apps to continually update and refresh in the background drains the battery very quickly.

Turn on power saving mode

Enabling this inbuilt feature, can save your phone from dying.
