PHOOLNAGAR: A newborn baby was mauled to death by stray dogs here on Saturday. In Madinah Colony near Railway Line Pattoki, the stray dogs were dragging the corpse of the baby when residents called police and Rescue 1122. Police said the dogs dragged the corpse from a pile of garbage.
