Kieron Pollard, a batter for the Karachi Kings, has temporarily left the squad in order to travel to India to witness the lavish wedding of Indian businessman Mukesh Ambani's son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

The cricket player is scheduled to arrive in Jamnagar, India, today after securing a four-day vacation from the Karachi Kings for the event.

Additionally, many other international athletes will also be attending Anant Ambani's lavish wedding celebrations as well as Indian cricket stars.

Interestingly, Pollard had spent a significant amount of time playing for the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans is set for March 3. Pollard's brief absence from the public wedding serves as a reminder of how celeb meetups and sport can coexist, especially when it comes to the famous Ambani family and their lavish parties.

The 2018 wedding of Mukesh Ambani's former daughter was an extravagant event that supposedly cost around $100 million. It included banquets in Lake Como, Italy, Mumbai, and Rajasthan, and included a performance by American music sensation Beyoncé.

Mukesh Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani, is getting married soon, and his marriage is expected to be even more extravagant than before.
