Learning from history

If one carefully digs into the history of Pakistan, it appears that the seeds of the 1971 breakup of the country were sown during the 1950s. It seems that we have not learned any lessons from that tragedy.

For the sake of Pakistan and for the betterment of its economy we must hold an impartial investigation into the allegations of rigging in the recent elections. Otherwise, there is no chance of securing political stability and improving Pakistan’s image domestically and abroad.
