ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder’s post-arrest bail application in the 190-million-pound corruption case of the National Accountability Bureau will be held by a two-member division bench at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on February 26.
The division bench for the hearing of the bail application has not been constituted yet. The initial hearing was conducted by a division bench comprising the judges available at the time. They included Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz.An accountability court had rejected the bail application of the PTI founder,
following which he approached the IHC. The PTI founder is imprisoned at the Adiala Jail on judicial remand in this case.
