FJWU inaugurates campus in Chakri

Rawalpindi: Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) achieved a historic milestone here on Tuesday with the inauguration of its first women's public sector campus in the Chakri area. The campus, which commenced classes for six departments, marks a significant leap forward in women's education and opens doors to a brighter future for the local community.

The inauguration ceremony was honoured by the presence of Prof. Dr. Uzaira Rafique, Vice Chancellor of Fatima Jinnah Women University, who warmly welcomed all students, faculty, and staff members to the Chakri Campus. Dr. Uzaira Rafique expressed deep gratitude to the dedicated efforts of the faculty and staff involved in achieving the successful establishment and commencement of classes at the new campus.

The Chakri campus has commenced academic activities in these departments: Biotechnology, Bio informatics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Law and Commerce. The establishment of these departments reflects Fatima Jinnah Women University's commitment to providing quality education and contributing to the intellectual and socio-economic development of the region.
