ISLAMABAD: Alina Ahsan, a student of Pakistan origin, won the King›s Gold Medal in a ceremony held at Sandringham.
She received the honour during a meeting with His Majesty King Charles at Sandringham House. Alina Ahsan, calling it a memorable opportunity of her life, said that she was interested in medicine and being a student at Oxford was a special experience that she would always remember.
Alina Ahsan, a graduate of the King Edward (KESVII)) Academy, said, «It was a day I will always remember when King Charles rewarded me for my hard work.” She was declared eligible for this honor in 2023.
Alina, studying medicine at Oxford University, has been named the King›s Gold Medal winner. Her family members and Vice Principal of KES were also present at the ceremony.
