Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Our cricket team is losing matches continuously, not only against strong teams such as India, Australia, England and now New Zealand, but also weaker teams like Afghanistan. However, this series of crushing defeats has seemingly failed to raise concern in the hierarchy of our cricketing fraternity.
It seems that they just want to carry on with the same group of relatives, friends and political entrants, whose names are juggled around in each selection and wait for better results. Now all the foreign coaches are gone, leaving the slot open for more such entrants. Our cricketers seem only to be interested in playing in lucrative T20 leagues, making money, and using the PCB as a springboard.
