In contemporary times, a newly graduated lawyer encounters financial difficulties due to unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles, even after completing the rigorous processes involved in obtaining a law degree.
Presently, the duration required to acquire a law degree has extended to five years, as opposed to the previous three-year timeframe. Pursuing a legal education necessitates passing an entrance examination followed by five years of dedicated study. After successfully completing their studies, aspiring lawyers are subjected to an evaluation test. Following the successful completion of said test, they are then required to undergo six months of training. Only upon successfully completing this training are they deemed eligible to apply for a license. The license application process entails an interview, after which the license is granted.
Subsequently, lawyers face the arduous task of establishing their professional reputation, which requires a significant investment of time and effort. A minimum of five years' experience is required for a Sessions Trial, while a two-year experience threshold applies to a Magistrate's Trial. It is therefore imperative that the regulations be reconsidered, given that the attainment of a degree and licensure already entails a lengthy process.
