To the best of my knowledge, Dadu lacks a comprehensive eye-care centre, leaving its residents with limited options for specialized eye treatments. This gap in healthcare services poses significant challenges for individuals dealing with vision impairments, eye diseases, and related issues. The absence of an eye hospital not only affects the overall well-being of the community but also hampers the city’s progress in providing holistic healthcare. Individuals must travel to neighbouring cities for specialized treatments. This not only incurs additional costs but also causes delays in receiving timely medical attention.
The lack of awareness and education about eye health exacerbates the situation, as preventive measures and early detection are crucial in maintaining good vision. Establishing an eye hospital in Dadu would provide residents with easy access to specialized eye care services, ranging from routine eye examinations to advanced surgical interventions.
