Everyone is so preoccupied with excelling in English that we appear to have forgotten our national language, Urdu, along the way. Famous works of Urdu literature and poetry are rarely read and have been forgotten by many.
In fact, some people now even struggle to read basic Urdu. It is high time to reconnect with our roots by bringing Urdu literature back into the limelight.
