He gave these remarks during hearing of the case on Monday.

The counsel for petitioner took the plea that Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) gave decision against his client after December 15.

Upon it DG Law ECP told the court the delimitation was notified before election schedule. The court remarked that December 13 notification had been maintained.

Justice Mansoor remarked, “We can do nothing in this case at present.”

The matter was postponed after election. PMLN candidate Saud Majeed had challenged delimitation of NA-165.
