This letter refers to the news report ‘Senate chief’s brother Raziq removed from Saindak firm MD post’ (December 10, 2023). According to the report, the appointment of the MD was made in violation of executive services rules.
And yet, the accused held the post for 15 years and must have drawn a hefty salary and enjoyed many perks during his tenure, all on public expense. Will the national exchequer be compensated?
