In today’s universities, fear of repercussions stifles open feedback, hindering a positive learning atmosphere. The decline in student behaviour results from ineffective teaching, prioritizing rote memorization over critical thinking.
To tackle this issue, institutions must enhance teacher training with a focus on communication and mentorship. This will rebuild strong teacher-student relationships, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
