John Stamos revealed the reason behind his decision to scrap plans to have another baby with his Caitlin McHugh Stamos.
Speaking to People, the 60-year-old actor admitted that the couple did have plans to expand their family after welcoming son Billy, now-five, however, “it just doesn’t seem like it’s in the cards,” he said.
"By the way, [Billy's] asked for a kid all the time, like a brother or sister. If we take three minutes of not paying attention to him, he goes crazy," the Full House alum continued.
"He could never deal with a sibling. No, I know he couldn't. He'd like it at first. Oh, there's a little baby, then me. We got to deal with a kid,” Stamos added.
Stamos gave a glimpse into Billy’s Spider-Man/Pokémon/Sonic the Hedgehog-themed birthday party on Instagram earlier this year, which he paired with a heartwarming caption.
“There is a conceit in corny romcoms where the protagonist says, 'You complete me.' As a Disney guy, I'm down with a certain level of sentimentalism and sappiness, but I never really understood the idea of being 'completed.' I get it now," the actor wrote at the time.
The Big Shot star gushed, "I still have a lot to do, but if my whole life was one sentence, then Billy would be the exclamation mark at the end of it.”
