The monster of sectarianism seems to have once again rear its ugly head. In the latest incident, three members of the Shia community were killed in Karachi. Is this what our religion preaches? What are we portraying to the outside world? Though Pakistan has been able to strike a fine balance between sectarian differences, the danger of outright violence cannot be ruled out.
Terrorism should be accepted as a common enemy. For this, the government needs to iron out differences between different sects and political parties.
