25 years of fun and frolic!
When it comes to entertainment and amusement facilities for kids in Pakistan, the first name that pops in our minds is definitely Sindbad, which is one of the oldest and favourite places among children and their parents. And the good news is that recently, Sindbad celebrated its successful 25 years of existence at Dolmen Mall Clifton. And what a fun-filled event it was!
We all know that this amusement place has state-of-the-art facilities and has been in the business of family entertainment for over decades now. The journey started in 1991 from Dolmen Centre, Tariq Road, Karachi where the first indoor entertainment centre for families was set up followed by the next facility at the Fortress Stadium, Lahore and later at the revolutionary retail structure of Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi. The brand is working towards establishing operations across the country with the latest technology, interactive games and physical recreational activities for the entire family.
Coming back to the 25 year celebrations, Faizan Haque hosted the red carpet and welcomed celebrities like Sunita Marshall, Nadia Hussain, Sadia Imam and Alia Imam, who were present at the event along with their kids. Basically, the event aimed to promote fun for the entire family and included a star-studded red carpet, recreational activities like face painting and arts & crafts for children, free giveaways and gift vouchers, entertaining performances and videos.
Wait there’s more! At the main foyer of the mall the performers were busy in pulling in the crowd and entertaining them. Also, everyone present at the event was invited for the cake cutting ceremony, as no celebration is complete without cake.
At the occasion Sidra Nadeem of Sindbad) said, “We at Sindbad believe in the sanctity of the greatest bond in the world; the bond of family. We aim to promote fun for the entire family through indoor entertainment that brings the family closer. Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art amusement facilities for families as well as build partnerships with educational institutions to create a platform for modern, tech-savvy recreational activities.”
All in the entire event was a successful one and all the kids and their parents enjoyed thoroughly.
