DUNEDIN: New Zealand were 276 for the loss of 6 wickets when the play on first day of first Test match against Pakistan came to end here, Geo news reported.

Skipper Daniel Vettori was playing on 40 while Brendon McCullum was unbeaten on 25.

Pakistan�s Muhammad Asif claimed 3 wickets, young Muhammad Aamir got out 3 batsmen while spinner Saeed Ajmal took one wicket.
