Karachi: under trial prisoner dies mysteriously in Landhi jail   Updated at: 0135 PST, Tuesday, November 10, 2009     KARACHI: An under trial prisoner has mysteriously died in Landhi jail Monday, while police claim the accused committed suicide by strangulating himself with his cummerbund. According to sources, Mohammad Mohsin s/o Mohammad Dildar, 20, died mysteriously in Landhi jail. Jail official claimed that under trial Mohsin went toilet, where he committed suicide by strangulating himself with his cummerbund. Mohsin’s dead body has been shifted to hospital for a post-mortem.
