Sharifs off to Skardu for election campaign

LAHORE: The Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and his younger brother Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif have left for Skardu to partake election campaign.

According to sources privy to PML-N, two brothers are scheduled to address rallies and public gatherings to be held in connection with preparations of forthcoming general elections in Gilgit and Baltistan.

They will also visit Gilgit-Baltistan tomorrow owing to election campaigns there, spokesman to N-League Siddique Al-Farooq told Geo news.

Also, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Sardar Mehtab and Pervez Rasheed have accompanied him on the tour, he added.
