G8 announces $15b food security package   Updated at: 1635 PST, Friday, July 10, 2009     ShareThis story     L'AQUILA: The G8 group of rich nations and 19 partner countries agreed Friday to put together a package worth at least 15 billion dollars to boost agriculture and food security in the developing world.
