Governor, CM order prompt relief for families of victims

Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has directed the authorities concerned to ensure all required facilities to the next-of-kin of those who died in the Landhi train collision on Tuesday.

He also expressed grief on Tuesday over the loss of lives in the train accident near Landhi. He prayed for the early recovery of the injured, eternal peace for the departed souls and patience for the bereaved families to bear the loss.

Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has also expressed condolences with the families of the Landhi train collision victims, and has instructed health department officials to provide prompt medical treatment to the injured.

our correspondent adds: The administrations of all city government-run hospitals have been directed by City Nazim Mustafa Kamal to provide immediate medical treatment to everyone who was injured on Tuesday in a train collision in Landhi.

Meanwhile, Municipal Services EDO Masood Alam was directed to provide relief work at the accident site along with a team of 300 officials. The city Nazim also expressed sorrow over the loss of lives in the accident.
