Militant killed in Bajaur

KHAR: One militant was killed and several others injured in clashes between security forces and insurgents in the Bajaur Agency on Saturday. Also, security forces arrested four militants from Nawagai Khas and Alizai areas in Utmankhel Tehsil. Official sources said the security forces and militants clashed in Charmang area of Nawagai Tehsil and Mulla Said area in Salarzai subdivision, leaving a militant dead and several others wounded. The troops didn’t suffer any casualty. The militants, the sources added, also attacked the Shuhada and Farsh checkposts in Dosi area in Khar Tehsil. The forces repulsed the attacks. Meanwhile, the militants blew up a primary school in Lashora area.
