CDA conducts balloting for 300 residential plots

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) conducted balloting for allotment of 300 residential plots in Park Enclave-II at the Pak-China Friendship Centre here on Tuesday.

The balloting process was supervised by a committee headed by CDA Member Finance/Member Planning & Design Waseem Ahmed Khan. Director general, Land and Estate, director, general Law, director, Estate Management-I, director, Public Relations, director, Regional Planning and deputy director, Estate Management-I CDA, being members of the balloting supervisory committee were also present on this occasion.

The balloting process was conducted in presence of large number of applicants who applied for the residential plots of Park Enclave Housing Project.

The management of the civic body opted for manual balloting procedure. A total of 932 applications were received for the 300 residential plots each of 500 square yards.

CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal has lauded the concerned officials for conducting successful balloting of plots for phase-II of Park Enclave.

He said that in next few days development work would be formally launched in Park Enclave-II as well, so that the allotees of Park Enclave-II too, could avail an opportunity of healthy and quality life style in the scheme having beautiful surroundings.
