Four die in road crashes; picnicker’s body found at Manora

Four people lost their lives in road accidents in various parts of the city and the body of a teenage boy was found afloat in the waters of Manora Beach on Monday. 

The body of Habib, 18-year-old son of Ismail, was discovered at the beach by a picnicker, who informed police. The authorities later shifted the deceased to Civil Hospital for legalities. 

According to police, the teenager had come to the beach with his family on Sunday but was swept away by high tides when he was swimming in the sea.

In a road accident, Bilal, 25 passed away when a vehicle hit his motorcycle on Lasbela Bridge situated in Soldier Bazaar police limits.

Two unidentified young men aged between 18 and 20 years were killed when a speeding trailer dashed into their motorbike near Link Road in Gulshan-e-Hadeed in Steel Town police area.

The trailer driver abandoned his vehicle and managed to flee from the spot. Later, police seized the vehicles and carried the bodies to the Jinnah Post Medical Centre (JPMC) for legal formalities.  

Another man, Shafi, 30 also lost his life when his motorcycle was hit by a vehicle near Gul Bai Chowrangi sitiated in Shershah police jurisdiction.
