Students of Anglo Arabic School win laurels at ETC 2016

The students of Anglo Arabic Higher Secondary School, Rawalpindi, won laurels for the school in the Expo of Talent and Competitions (ETC) 2016, one of the major events for the schools of the region, says a press release. 

Different competitions were part of the expo of talent where students from around 38 schools of the Rawalpindi region participated including Qira’at, Essay Writing, Speech, National Song, Calligraphy and Science Models. 

Students from Anglo Arabic Higher Secondary School participated in all the events and Mohammad Umar from 9th B class won first position in Qira’at contest, while Huma Batool from class 7th C bagged third position in speech competition. 

The students lauded the efforts of their teachers for their guidance which eventually helped them in winning laurels for the school. They said that without their advice and encouragement they could not have been able to achieve this success. 

Anglo Arabic Higher Secondary School Principal Lt Colonel (r) Tariq Hamid and Old Boys Association General Secretary Rizwan Khaleel Shamsi have congratulated the students for their success and lauded their mentors both Girls and Boys Wings heads for enabling the students in making this achievement.
