LAHORE
Justice Shahid Waheed of the Lahore High Court on Thursday issued notices to the Punjab government and principal of Aitchison College, Lahore for not providing free education in the college and sought their replies within a week.
Petitioner Syed Feroze Shah Gillani submitted it was constitutional binding and the government policy to provide free education to the students but the Aitchison College was not fulfilling this national duty. He sought directions to the college to give free education.
