Shahbaz pays surprise visit to school

LAHORE

Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on the return from passing out ceremony of Dolphin Force at Chuhng Police Training Centre, Thursday, suddenly landed his helicopter at Mandi Raiwind near Railway Lines. The chief minister reached Government Girls High School, Mandi Raiwind without security and protocol. 

On this occasion, there was no vehicle with him and he went to the school from Railway Lines on foot. The students were pleased to see the CM in the school and expressed their joy. He talked to the girl students and inquired about their problems. He assured the students that their problems would be resolved on priority basis. A girl student Amna Batool told the CM that her father had died and it was difficult for her to bear the educational expenses. 

The student became tearful while talking to the chief minister, on which, Shahbaz Sharif also became emotional and he consoled her. He said the Punjab government would bear her educational expenses and all-out resources would be provided for the education of such talented daughters of the nations like her. He went to the classrooms and inquired from the students about their education. He seated on a desk with the children and asked questions from them in Urdu and English. 

Shahbaz Sharif gave Shabash to the children on giving correct answers and advised them to pay attention to their education. After the visit to the school, the chief minister came to the helicopter on foot and there was a gathering of thousands of people from the nearby localities and the surprise visit of Shahbaz Sharif became a public meeting. The people were enthusiastic at seeing the chief minister among them. Shahbaz Sharif responded to the slogans of the people by waving hands.
