KARACHI: The Sindh government has imposed ban on pillion riding on motorcycles in Karachi and Hyderabad for three days.
According to the media reports Sindh Home Department on Saturday issued a notification, announcing a ban on pillion riding motorcycles across Karachi and Hyderabad from June 26th till June 28th.
Ban on pillion riding will also be imposed on the occasion of Youm-e-Ali (R.A), the statement said.
The ban will not be applicable to women, people with disabilities, elderly people, journalists and children under the age of 12.
The ban has been imposed keeping in view the law and order situation in province especially in Karachi and Hyderabad.
