PESHAWAR: Armed assailants opened fire at a Frontier Corps vehicle, killing three officials.
Among the three FC personnel who were martyred in the attack also included an Assistant District Officer named Ameer Badshah. According to details, the vehicle was fired upon at the city's Ring Road area.
Assistant District Officer Ameer Badshsh was on his way, along with his gunman and driver, to report to duty at Peshawar's Saddar area. At Patang Chowk, three armed persons on motorcycles started firing at the FC personnel with 9 mm pistols.
After killing the three FC officials, the assailants were able to flee without getting caught.
