Allah has urged the Muslims in the Holy Quran to focus on education and research. He said today Muslim Ummah was confronted with numerous challenges only one reason of which was that the Muslims had been detracted from their path of higher education and research. He said in the past there had been great Muslim researchers, inventors, thinkers, philosophers and creators of the new knowledge but Muslims were now lagging far behind in education.
