A middle-aged man killed his wife and another person in Korangi using a brick on suspicion of illicit relations between the deceased in the wee hours of Saturday.
Nizamuddin (25), who later turned himself in to the Korangi Police after committing the double murder, said that he had come from Nawabshah a few months back to earn livelihood in the city and had later started working as a mason on daily wages.
He confessed to the police that he had killed Dost Ali (25) and Waziran (20) after he had found them in an objectionable position in his residence in sector G-6 Mehran Town in Korangi.
Later Nizamuddin surrendered himself to the police with a three-year-old daughter of his and confessed to his crime. The bodies were taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPGMC) for post-mortem and other legal formalities. A case was registered.
