AJK PM attends Guru’s funeral prayer in absentia

ISLAMABAD: Azad Kashmir Prime Minster Chaudhry Abdul Majeed on Sunday attended funeral prayer of Afzal Guru held outside the National Press Club in absentia.

 

Kashmir Liberation Front Leader Yasin Malik also attended the funeral prayers for the Kashmiri fruit vendor who was hanged by India on Saturday for his involvmnet in botched attack on Indian Parliament in 2001.

 

Addressing a procession before the funeral prayer, Yasin Malik Guru’s hanging dented India’s democracy and constitution.
