Bonus for Wapda employees

LAHORE: More than twenty thousand Wapda employees working in hydel and dams and common services all over the county have been given one-month bonus pay on the eve of Eidul Fitr through negotiation undertaken by All Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Workers Union CBA with Wapda authority. A meeting was held with the union representatives by Lt-Gen (Retd) Muzamil Hussain, Wapda Chairman. He accepted the demand of the union. The union representatives assured Wapda that the employees would continue to put their utmost efforts to raise productivity of the national institution of Wapda.
