Khi: Four blood brothers among 9 killed

KARACHI: In Monday’s organized homicides gunmen targeted nine people including four real brothers, Geo News reported.

 

According to SSP Central Asim Qaimkhani, armed men opened fire at a car near Disco Mord and killed the passengers and driver.

 

The deceased were identified as Abdul Farid, Abdul Wahid, Abdul Muqeet, and Abdul Mueed. They were blood brothers.

 

In separate incidents five more lives were also snuffed in the last 24 hours.

I am not sure but I heard that one of my cousin was married to one of brothers killed. My mamoo, Syed Sarfaraz Hussain is father of my cousin, who was married to one of brother. My mamoo and mumani were divorced 23 years ago and we have not seen our cousins since then. Please pass our condolences to the family. We do not have words to express our feelings. Khushia to hum bant na sakay, ghum he mil kar bant lay. Life is too short to hate people.

This is targeted killing on sectarian basis. There is the need to have a serious inquiry by big political parties of Karachi to check such black sheep playing double game under their umbrella while belong to sectarian group. Some news papers mention the killing of only one sect, they do not want religious harmony.

Farook, I know their family and I can't imagine how they are dealing with all this. It is like a mountain of pain that has been unleashed on them. May Allah give them patience and strength to overcome this. Allah's law always prevails. Justice will be done but not on earth.
