ISLAMABAD: The prime minister house announced on Sunday, that they have nothing to do with the statement of the Federal Railway Minister, Ghulam Ahmad Bilor announcing head money for the producer of the blasphemous film, Geo News reported.
It may be recalled that the Federal Railway Minister, Ghulam Ahmad Bilor speaking to the media yesterday, had announced an award of $100,000 for whosoever would kill the producer of the profane film.
The PM house spokesman said that Ghulam Ahmad Bilor was a leader of ANP and the prime minister would speak to the ANP Chief Asfandyar Wali with regards to a future strategy. The spokesman didn’t rule out any action against the railway minister, but presently he would continue working as usual.
Meanwhile, Awami National Party (ANP) spokesman Zahid Khan told Geo News, “We believe in non-violence and have always talked of peace and stability.” He said that the declaration of award by Ghulam Ahmad Bilor was his personal act and it has nothing to do with the party policy. An explanation would be sought from him about this statement.
