10 more fall prey to violence in Karachi

KARACHI: Ten people including a policeman were killed in various firing and violent incidents that took place across the city while acts of vandalism were also reported in some areas, Geo News reported Wednesday.

 

According to police, two men were shot dead in Malir and the spokesman of MQM said that the deceased were members of the party.

 

A man was gunned down in Millat Garden area of Malir who was identified as 40-year-old Salman while unknown gunmen killed three other men in Nabi Bakhsh area of Garden, Orangi Town and Malir.

 

Hospital sources told that a man was killed in Nazimabad while three others got injured.

 

A body was also found from Baldia Town near northern by-pass while a police constable who was identified as Sarwar Shah was killed in Agra Taj Colony of Lyari.

 

Violent incidents were reported in North Karachi, Quaidabad, Patel Para and Lee Market where unknown men set kiosks, truck and tyres on fire while Shahra-e-Faisal was also blocked when angry mob set ablze tyres on the road.

Foreign funded gangs to cripple pakistan financially and also to create hatred among people of different sect, region, religion........................But again its not easy task to stop the sinking ship and still again its the fault of the captain who steer the ship in the rocky coast. What we experience today is the outcome of our decisions in the past. Surely future generations curse the present generation for all the wrong decisions.
