Karachi fire: ten held for investigation

KARACHI: Police have arrested more than ten people for investigation on Baldia Town fire incident, Geo News reported.

 

Police conducted raids and arrested more than ten workers including security guard of the ill-fated garment factory for investigation.

 

SSP West Amir Farooqui told Geo News that police are investigating them that who ordered for closure of doors of the factory.

 

Meanwhile, the CCTV video of the Baldia Town garment factory tragedy has been released which shows that the fire started on the first floor.

 

According to the CCTV video the fire started at 6:56PM in the factory’s cutting department and afterwards workers started to run.

THERE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATION,AND RESULT SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED IN ALL FACTORIES SO THAT IS CASE OF FIRE THE DOORS SHOULD BE OPEN,AND ITS PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITY NOT TO LOOT,AND HELP TO FINISH FIRE.
