It is sub-continent culture to make factories in crowded residential areas where escape becomes almost impossible in case of a calamity. In addition, we also tend to take safety issues lightly, e.g., not many use proper plugs into electrical sockets and shove in flexible wires directly into sockets, which cause sparks and eventually fires. We wake up when calamities like this occur and go back into slumber no sooner than the ashes are removed.

If the owner is ready to face the court then he needs to come forward and surrender himself to police. I request the media since he is in contact wiht them to trace the owner and hand him over to police. Trace down the number and location he is calling from. After 24 hours of the incident he records his statement ot media. what kind of a person he is sombody who does not have a conscience after all what has happened.

Well the stupid owner of the mill, while not available to any body, has expressed grief to Geo News. He committed a crime that will not go away with grief. He needs to fullfil the law and get full punishment. Or he should commit suicide.

He should be arrested and put in jail for his entire life or even better HANGED! He is responsible for all those people dying. He was operating an illegal factory that was NOT par to standards at all, No safety measures, no fire exist, windows were sealed...are you kidding me? I am sure the police knew of the condition and was probably paid money to be kept shut! This is Pakistan!
